Lana Spence Band

Beyond being an impressive singer and accomplished songwriter, Lana Spence has become synonymous with the best the Mid-Atlantic music scene has to offer. Lana has sung with a host of local favorites including the rock cover bands Thique and Lana Spence & Men of Leisure. Between 2010-2016 Lana lead the hot blues group Moondog Medicine Show, releasing two acclaimed albums of original material, Elixir and Let it Go. The latter enjoying national radio play and garnering favorable reviews in the prestigious American Blues Review and Blues Blast magazines. 

After a lifetime honing her unique sound, Lana has recently formed a new showcase for her iconic voice with “The Lana Spence Band,” a seven-piece R&B/funk band featuring a veritable who’s-who of the areas most respected musicians:  Keith Sylvester (bass), Danny Webber (guitar), Chris Jackson (drums), Cam Millar (trombone), Howard Burns (tenor sax), and Adam Hanlin (trumpet).
